class01Material Covered: Rolling a kayak is the art of using a little hip-flick and paddle sweep to roll a kayak right-side-up after you’ve tipped over. Sounds easy, right? It’s sort of like learning to hit a golf ball nice and smoothly, except you’re updside-down and under water! Anybody can learn to roll a kayak, but it does require a good level of comfort in the water, and lots of hands-on help from an instructor. Each person will progress at a different rate, but our 1 on 1 instructor to student ratio will assure you of getting plenty of personal attention, along with rolling instruction that matches your learning style, ability and comfort level.
